Aspion are currently recruiting for a Plant Operative to join a busy and growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience operating plant machinery who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating plant machinery safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vans and deliveries.
- Keeping the site clean, tidy, and organised at all times.
- Carrying out general yard and operational duties as required.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- FLT Licence or Loading shovel Licence, 360 excavators.
- Previous experience operating any type of plant machinery is essential.
- Ability to work rotating shift patterns.
- A proactive and reliable approach to work.
