About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Directors & Leadership team. This role offers a mix of PA duties and a strong blend of Operational tasks, so you’ll need to be comfortable switching between the two! It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and loves making things run smoothly.
Must-Have: A valid driving license is essential.

- £32,000 - £35,000 Basic

Your Day-to-Day:
- Be the go-to person for the Directors — manage communication with the team, clients, and suppliers
- Keep the Directors diary on track with meetings, appointments, and travel plans
- Help organize company events and meetings
- Assist with admin tasks like managing emails and preparing documents
- Coordinate with the team to keep everything running smoothly
- Work closely with clients and suppliers to make sure operations run without a hitch
- Keep the office culture positive and team-focused
- Handle sensitive info with discretion
