Job Role: NHS Administrator Location: Preston Pay Rate: £13.00 – £14.50 Immediate Start – Temp Contract Aspion are seeking an experienced and highly organised NHS Administrator to join a clinical administration team with immediate effect. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a GP practice or primary care setting. Proficiency in using the EMIS clinical system is essential. This is a critical role supporting clinical and operational staff to ensure high-quality patient care and contract compliance. Key Responsibilities: Support the administration of QOF and Quality Contract submissions, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Work closely with clinical teams to support chronic disease management programmes (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD). Monitor recalls, reviews, and patient registers to ensure contract requirements are met. Use EMIS Web to extract reports, update patient records, and manage appointment and recall systems. Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and external stakeholders. Assist with the organisation of clinics, sending invitations, and tracking patient compliance with annual reviews. Maintain accurate records in line with data protection and confidentiality policies. Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scanning documents, and filing.
