Aspion is seeking an organised, proactive, and personable Legal Secretary to join a busy Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in supporting work involving Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and Estate Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to Private Client fee-earners
  • Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
  • Handling telephone enquiries and communicating with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Opening, closing, and maintaining client files in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements
  • Audio and copy typing, including preparation of letters, forms, and legal documents
  • Liaising with external agencies, courts, and third parties where required
  • General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, post management, and document organisation

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
