Aspion are seeking an organised, proactive, and personable Legal Secretary to join a busy Private Client team in Leigh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in supporting work involving Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to Private Client fee-earners
- Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
- Handling telephone enquiries and communicating with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Opening, closing, and maintaining client files in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements
- Audio and copy typing, including preparation of letters, forms, and legal documents
- Liaising with external agencies, courts, and third parties where required
- General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, post management, and document organisation
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
