Aspion are partnered with a UK-leading business seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long-term career in sales, with structured progression and hands-on training from day one. This role would suit a recent Graduate or an individual currently in a fast-paced telesales role, looking to further progress and develop in a large business.

Package:

  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain strong relationships
  • Proactively contact potential clients via outbound calls to generate new business
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand end-to-end business operations
  • Participate in department rotations to build product and process knowledge
  • Support the sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order
  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Negotiate payment terms and pricing to secure long-term business
  • Convert non-allocated leads into regular, revenue-generating customers
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase sales performance

  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
