Graduate Sales Executive
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £25,000-£30,000
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

We are seeking a driven sales executive on behalf of our client, a UK leading stockholder and distributor non ferrous materials.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of large, medium, and small accounts.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales position preferred but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
