Class 1 Tramper Drivers Required – Deeside
Aspion Drivers are currently recruiting 2 x Class 1 (CE) Tramper Drivers on behalf of a well-established transport client, based out of their Deeside depot. This role is available from the first week of the New Year and offers consistent, ongoing weekday work throughout 2026.
Role Details:
- Class 1 tramping work Monday to Friday – day work
- Operating European 4m trailers with posts and beams
- Regular, structured route with ongoing work
The Work:
- Collect a pre-loaded trailer from Ellesmere Port
- Deliver into Scunthorpe (tip times 07:30 & 08:30)
- Take the trailer to Immingham Port and drop
- Collect a pre-loaded trailer of steel reels (loaded on metal frames)
- Return to Ellesmere Port to unload
- Drivers operate in tandem to assist with unloading metal frames into crates on site
- Full instruction and guidance will be provided for the unloading process.
Pay & Benefits:
- £17.37 per hour
- £26.00 night out allowance & snap account
- Ongoing, reliable work
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Drivers based from Deeside
- Supported operation with clear procedures
Driver Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (CE) licence
- Tramping experience preferred
