Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 3:00pm | Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm

The Role
- As a Laser Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and running laser cutting machinery, ensuring production runs efficiently and components are manufactured to specification.
- Setting and operating laser cutting machines
- Interpreting technical drawings and production paperwork
- Ensuring materials are correctly loaded and processed
- Monitoring machine performance and adjusting settings when required
- Checking finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Reporting any faults or production issues promptly
- Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives across the workshop
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
