We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Drivers for a well-established client based in Welshpool. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent work, excellent earning potential, and long-term career stability. Drivers can expect up to 60 hours per week, with overtime available and an attractive end-of-month bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out nationwide deliveries and collections
- Tramping Monday to Friday with nights out required
- Completing vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Ensuring loads are secured safely and transported efficiently
- Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and tachograph records
- Providing a professional service to customers at all times
- Adhering to all driver hours, WTD, and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport legislation
- Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
- Maximum of 6 penalty points for minor offences only
