A well-established supplier of high-quality trade and DIY products is looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead sales across Kent and Sussex. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a region, support branch teams, and grow revenue with both new and existing customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hit regional targets
  • Support multiple branches across the region, enhancing local sales performance.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with B2B clients and trade partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and customer events.
  • Coach and support branch staff to maximise sales effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in Construction
  • Experience managing sales across multiple branches or territories.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Full UK driving license essential.
