We're currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist fabrication business in Warwick that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality bespoke metalwork across a range of sectors. Due to continued growth and a healthy order book, they are looking to add an experienced TIG & MIG Welder/Fabricator to their workshop team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in producing quality work and is confident working from technical drawings through to finished product.

The Role

  • TIG and MIG welding on a variety of bespoke and batch-produced components.
  • Fabricating products from engineering drawings and customer specifications.
  • Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
  • Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing fabricated parts.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of accuracy and workmanship.
  • Carrying out self-inspection of completed work before final quality checks.
  • Supporting the wider workshop team to meet production deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a TIG and MIG welding/fabrication role.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings without supervision.
  • Confidence fabricating from raw materials through to finished assemblies.
  • Good understanding of workshop health and safety practices.
