As Supply Chain Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything moving — from supplier updates to warehouse dispatch — helping deliver thousands of orders every day with precision and pace.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day:
- Manage and process sales orders for a wide product range, including next-day delivery items.
- Regularly liaise with suppliers to chase orders and update delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate delivery dates are visible to customers by keeping internal systems updated.
- Communicate with the operations team to coordinate stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to make sure over 2,000 daily orders are ready to dispatch.
- Handle vendor invoices and input updates into the system.
- Support demand planning by reviewing forecasts, analysing trends and adjusting accordingly.
- Monitor inventory levels, working with the warehouse to manage product flow and space.
- Investigate invoice queries and work alongside the finance team to resolve any issues.
- Keep internal teams informed and ensure customers receive clear, timely updates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone confident, proactive and able to work at pace.
- Confident on the phone.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail, especially when updating systems or handling data.
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills.
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics or operations is ideal.
- SAP knowledge is a plus (but not essential).
- Manufacturing, supply chain or distribution background is a bonus.
