Aspion are partnered with a UK-leading business seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in sales, with structured progression and hands-on training from day one. This role would suit someone with previous sales experience who is driven by success and eager to develop both professionally and financially.
Package:
- Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) + annual bonus
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain strong relationships
- Proactively contact potential clients via outbound calls to generate new business
- Work closely with internal teams to understand end-to-end business operations
- Participate in department rotations to build product and process knowledge
- Support the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order placement
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Negotiate payment terms and pricing to secure long-term business
- Convert non-allocated leads into regular, revenue-generating customers
- Identify and implement strategies to increase sales performance
