This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee all site activities, including wash plant operations, crushing, screening, loading, stockpiling and yard management. You'll be responsible for ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in line with production targets while leading a team of Supervisors, Operators and Site Operatives.
