You'll be joining our growing Manufacturing team, recruiting mid-to-senior level professionals across Engineering, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Leadership. With an established client base, live vacancies from day one, and a respected brand behind you, you'll have everything you need to hit the ground running.
This is a role for someone who enjoys winning business, building lasting relationships, and becoming a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. Whether you're already recruiting within manufacturing or looking to move into a new market, we're far more interested in your attitude, ambition, and track record than your sector experience.
What you'll be doing
- Growing and managing your own 360 recruitment desk
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing existing accounts while bringing on new business
- Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement
- Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and proactive search
- Building your personal brand across LinkedIn, phone, email, and networking
- Driving consistent billings while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience

- Previous recruitment experience (sector experience isn't essential)
- A confident 360 recruiter with commercial awareness
- Someone who enjoys business development and relationship building
- Ambitious, self‑motivated, and eager to progress
