A growing specialist manufacturer is looking to appoint a Business Development Executive to support continued expansion across the UK construction sector. The business supplies specialist solutions into Tier 1 contractors, architects, specifiers, and commercial construction projects nationwide. Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, they are looking to strengthen their internal commercial team with an ambitious and relationship-focused sales professional.

Working closely with the commercial and sales team, the Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships across the construction industry.

This is a phone-led B2B sales and business development role suited to somebody who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and developing commercial opportunities. Success in the role will come from proactive outreach, relationship management, and consistently developing a healthy sales pipeline.

£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary depending on experience, monthly and quarterly bonus structure, structured training and onboarding, clear progression opportunities within the commercial team, 31 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme, free lunches, birthday voucher, supportive office culture and long-term career development.
