What You’ll Be Doing
- Own product development from initial sketch to final solution—your ideas, your impact.
- Test, tweak, and perfect designs to meet the highest performance and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with a high-energy team across design, manufacturing, and commercial functions.
- Optimise designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability, working closely with suppliers and partners.
- Support the development of technical specs, drawings, and testing documentation.
- Bring customer insights and market trends into the heart of design decisions.
- Be a key player in product launches—translating engineering excellence into commercial success.
What You Bring
- Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- Strong CAD skills (preferred), with an eye for detail and design flair.
- Practical knowledge of materials, manufacturing techniques, and testing methods.
- Natural problem-solver with a curious mindset and drive to improve.
- Confident communicator and collaborator—comfortable working across departments and disciplines.
- Experience in fasteners or similar sectors is a plus—but we value attitude over industry.
