We’re currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a UK leading steel stockholder and processor in the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background, ideally within steel or a related industry, looking to develop and grow within a supportive and commercially focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts within a defined geographical area
- Proactively growing accounts and identifying new opportunities
- Following up on quotations to maximise conversion rates
- Working towards and achieving monthly sales targets
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an internal sales role
- Background in steel/metals (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Target driven with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
Salary: up to £35,000
