Package details:
- Full time: Monday to Thursday (08:30am – 5:00pm) Friday (08:30am – 2:00pm)
- Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays

Duties of the role:
- Analysing and managing fermentation processes.
- Monitoring yeast and bacteria.
- Ensuring product quality.
- Conducting microbiological testing.
- Developing strategies and controlling contamination.
- You will play a crucial role in maintaining the microbiological balance essential for production of wines and spirts.
- Forming new products and developing new ingredients
Experience required:
- Degree educated in Microbiology.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Creative nature and eagerness to learn.
- Advantage if you do have an interest or passion towards home brewing/wine making.
- Strong communication skills.
