The Opportunity

Our divisions in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering are thriving, offering incredible opportunities for cross-selling with our existing clients. As a result, we’re seeking an experienced finance recruiter who’s ready to hit the ground running. You’ll have a warm client base to work with, built from long-standing relationships, meaning you can start contributing immediately.

What Are the Responsibilities?

  • Develop and Promote ‘Your Brand’: Establish and grow your personal brand in a competitive marketplace through social media, phone calls, and email outreach.
  • Business Development: Use innovative strategies to build new relationships and stand out in the market, driving new business opportunities.
  • Manage Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates.
  • Candidate Mapping: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other industry-specific platforms to ensure you’re always working with the best talent.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and aftercare, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and clients.
