We are working with an ambitious construction materials supplier that is expanding into the UK after years of success abroad. Backed by large-scale projects and a strong manufacturing base, they are now looking for a Sales Manager to lead their growth in the UK market. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of a UK rollout — giving you the autonomy of a start-up environment with the support of an experienced global operation.

If you are tired of being just another cog in the machine and want to own your patch, this could be your next big move.

The Opportunity

You will be the driving force behind UK sales – identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building relationships across the construction ecosystem. Think: architects, contractors, subcontractors, and merchants. Whether it is cladding, tiling, or façade systems, you will be representing premium, innovative materials trusted overseas — and now being introduced to the UK market.

You will have direct input into sales strategy, freedom to shape your territory, and all the tools needed to succeed.

What We Are Looking For

This role suits a commercially sharp, self-starting Sales Manager with:

  • A solid track record in new business sales within construction or building materials (tiles, facades, cladding, drylining, etc.)
  • Existing UK contacts across contractors, merchants or specifiers
  • A confident, technical sales approach – able to discuss product specs with industry professionals
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Experience with architectural finishes, porcelain tiles, or fibre cement products is a plus — but if you know how to sell value and build pipelines from scratch, we want to hear from you.

What’s on Offer

  • Lucrative commission structure
  • Genuine autonomy and influence
  • Be part of a well-backed international brand making its UK debut

Compensation £55,000 w/ Car and Uncapped Commission

Role details

  • Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Job function: Sales and Business Development
  • Industries: Construction and Wholesale Building Materials
  • Location: National role (UK-based, with focus on London & South East)
