A well-established financial services business is looking to appoint a Training Coordinator to join its Operations team. This is a key role for someone with strong internal knowledge of financial services who enjoys delivering induction training, system training, and helping teams perform at their best.

The role plays a central part in shaping how people are onboarded, trained, and supported across the business, combining hands-on training delivery with digital learning, coaching, and continuous improvement.

The Role

The Training Coordinator will support colleagues across operations and sales by delivering structured induction programmes, system training, and ongoing development. The role focuses heavily on products, processes, systems, and regulatory awareness, making strong internal knowledge essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and structured induction and onboarding for new starters
  • Provide training on core systems, products, and operational processes
  • Create and maintain digital learning content, including guides, videos, assessments, and learning resources
  • Work closely with team managers to identify skills gaps using QA, QC, and performance insights
  • Deliver refresher and remedial training to improve accuracy and first-time-right outcomes
  • Support system upgrades, new tools, and regulatory changes, translating them into clear, practical training
  • Coach individuals and teams, adapting training to different learning styles
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, sales, IT, and subject matter experts
  • Engage with external partners where training impacts customer or broker experience
