Aspion Search is looking for an experienced recruiter ready to step into a Principal Consultant role within our thriving Transport & Logistics division. The Opportunity
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of a specialist market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving growth across your desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing long‑term client and candidate relationships
- Growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Delivering consultative recruitment solutions across the Transport & Logistics sector
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Conducting candidate interviews and market mapping activities
- Building talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive sourcing
- Strengthening your personal brand through networking, social media, and market engagement
- Acting as a market specialist and trusted advisor to clients and candidates
