A global manufacturer based in Huddersfield is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing service team. This is a permanent opportunity within a well-established organisation that continues to invest in its people, technology, and UK and international growth.

Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer
- Carrying out on site servicing, revalidation, and testing of engineered systems
- Electrical fault finding and basic mechanical diagnostics
- Airflow testing using calibrated equipment
- Filter integrity testing and particle testing
- Calibration of pressure and velocity instruments
- Completing service reports and technical documentation
- Maintaining test equipment and company van to required standards
- Representing the business professionally on customer sites
- Identifying and feeding back service, spares, or upgrade opportunities
Requirements of the Field Service Engineer
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualifications
- Experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Electrical fault-finding experience
- Experience with airflow testing, filter integrity testing, or calibration
- Comfortable with travel and staying away when required
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer facing skills
