The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Group Workshop Manager to provide strategic leadership across multiple workshop operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving engineering excellence, ensuring fleet compliance, and establishing consistent maintenance standards across the business. Working closely with Directors and senior management, you will oversee workshop performance, develop engineering teams, and ensure maintenance operations are compliant, efficient, and capable of supporting continued business growth. This role focuses on leadership, planning and continuous improvement rather than day-to-day workshop supervision, making it ideal for an experienced fleet engineering professional looking to influence operational performance across a multi-site organisation.
