Field Sales Executive Hospitality SaaS £30–40k + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60k+) Field-Based: Midlands, Yorkshire, North West

Are you ready to bring a game-changing tech product to the hospitality sector? My client is a fast-growing, privately owned software company making waves with a newly launched mobile POS and payment solution for the UK market. Already proven in another territory, this all-in-one platform is designed for fast-paced hospitality venues – helping pubs, cafés, and caterers take orders and payments in seconds, all from one smart device.

Now they’re expanding – and looking for a driven, people-focused Field Sales Executive to take this solution into independent venues across the East Midlands, Yorkshire, and the North West.

What’s the role?

This is a consultative new business role where you’ll be the face of the product in your region. From sourcing leads to running demos, closing deals to onboarding new clients, you’ll manage the full sales cycle. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your patch, build long-term relationships, and play a key part in a wider UK rollout. It’s a great mix of fast wins and long-term growth.

What’s in it for you?

  • £30–40k base salary (DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE £60k+)
  • Flexible, field-based working and a collaborative, down-to-earth culture
  • A product with real demand and clear USPs – no hard sell needed
  • Join a tight-knit UK team backed by strong leadership and tech support

Who we’re looking for:

  • You might have sales or account management experience, or even a background in hospitality – either way, you’re confident dealing with people and driven to succeed.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience (field, B2B, retail, or hospitality)
  • Good understanding of how hospitality businesses operate
  • Field-based self-starter, ideally based in the Midlands, Yorkshire or North West
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience with POS, payments, SaaS or hospitality tech is a big plus – but attitude and drive are what really count.

Interviews happening now – quick process, fast start. Sound like you? Apply today and I’ll be in touch to tell you more.
