The Role of the Design Draughtsperson:

They are looking to strengthen their team with a dedicated and skilled Design Draughtsperson. You’ll be working on unique machinery projects from concept through to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Create full manufacturing drawing packs, including assemblies and BOMs
• Design bespoke machinery tailored to specific client requirements
• Liaise with production and engineering teams to ensure accurate builds
• Support product improvements and updates through the full design lifecycle

About You:

• Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Over 2 years\’ experience as a Design Draughtsperson
• Proficient in both SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Experience designing special purpose machinery or industrial equipment
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes
