Business Development Manager – Creative Multimedia Experiences
£45,000 – £50,000 | UK-Based with Flexible Working
Perfect for a rising star with a passion for sport, creativity, and storytelling
Do you love sport, culture, and live experiences?
Worked in sport, culture or heritage — maybe in content, campaigns, or client-facing roles? Ready to step into a more commercial position?
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Business Development specialist to join a fast-growing multimedia business at the intersection of storytelling, tech, and live experiences. This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in a client-facing role — whether you’ve come through the content creation, partnerships, or sales route — to make their mark commercially in a company that creates innovative audio, video, and immersive solutions for events, venues, and cultural spaces.
About the Company
Our client partners with world-renowned cultural attractions, live events, sports venues, and entertainment brands to deliver engaging, multilingual visitor experiences. With rapid growth and a strong creative reputation, they are now expanding into exciting new sectors, including sport and corporate experiences.
The Role
You’ll be tasked with driving new business and partnerships across the UK — and possibly further afield — identifying opportunities with venues, event organisers, brands, and rights holders looking to elevate their visitor or fan engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and targeting new clients across culture, sport, events, and entertainment.
- Building relationships with key decision-makers across marketing, commercial, and partnerships teams.
- Pitching multimedia and tech-driven experiences tailored to client needs.
- Attending and networking at key events and industry conferences.
- Feeding market insights into product development and creative strategy.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2–5 years’ experience in business development, client services, or campaign/content delivery.
- Experience in content, marketing, creative, or engagement-focused roles — ideally with exposure to the sports, culture, or entertainment sectors would be advantageous.
- Are a confident communicator with a commercial mindset and a creative eye.
- Speak more than one language (not essential but useful — especially French, Spanish, German).
- Can commute to London semi-regularly for meetings or events — though the role is primarily remote/flexible.
- Are curious, self-starting, and want to grow into a senior commercial role quickly.
What’s In It For You?
- £45,000 – £50,000 salary
- Hybrid role with flexible working and autonomy.
- Projects across sports, music, heritage, and culture — no two days the same.
- The chance to join a growing, creative team with global ambitions.
- Perks including phone allowance, pension, travel to events, and more.
Ready to pitch experiences that leave a lasting impression?
We’d love to hear from you — whether you come from sports marketing, live events, creative content, or a similar background. Apply now and help shape how audiences engage with stories and spaces around the world.
