We are seeking a driven and customer focused Area Sales Manager to represent our client across the South East of the UK. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling wall systems, cladding, roofing, and commercial architectural façade solutions. You will be responsible for growing sales, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in both commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth across the South East region in line with company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, and distributors
- Promote the full range of wall, cladding, roofing, and façade products
- Provide technical guidance and presentations to clients and design teams
- Identify project opportunities at specification stage and follow through to conversion
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
- Proven sales experience within the construction sector, specifically with wall, cladding, roofing, and façade products
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and specification sales
