The Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor wishing to progress of Head of Team. The successful candidate will manage a varied case load of private client matters including: – ·Wills and Estate Planning ·Probate and Estate Administration ·Trusts and Tax Planning ·Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work ·Advising high net worth individuals and families. Key Responsibilities: ·Managing your own case load and small team of support staff ·Providing clear, practical and tailored advice to client ·Building and maintaining strong client relationships. ·Assisting with business development networking activities ·Keeping up to date with changes in relevant legislation and case law About you: ·Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (2+ years PQE preferred) ·Solid experience in Private Client Law ·Strong technical knowledge, particularly in estate administration and tax planning ·STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential ·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ·Client focused with a commercial and proactive approach.
