Aspinal of London are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing team in London. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of PR and Marketing to assist in the planning and implementation of key marketing and communications activity. This role will take ownership of the annual marketing calendar, support with the planning and execution of key collection launches, and play an important role in coordinating various marketing activities across both internal teams and external brand partners. This role will report directly to the Head of PR and Marketing and work with several internal departments including but not limited to Marketing & Communications, Brand & Creative, Graphics, Merchandising, Retail, Warehouse and Head Office Finance as well as with external media partners and agencies. This role will offer Hybrid working opportunities but you must be able to attend the office at least 3 days per week in Royal Exchange.
Role Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the marketing calendar, ensuring regular upkeep with upcoming launches, key dates and marketing activity across the business.
- Coordinating with various business functions and teams regarding requirements and actions as directed by the Head of Marketing.
- Support the Head of PR and Marketing in working with media partners and agencies to develop campaign briefs, coordinate activity and provide detailed post campaign reporting.
- Ensuring professional and seamless communication with all partners and stakeholders.
- Support with the coordination and creation of seasonal and campaign marketing toolkits and presentations as required, adapting bespoke versions for internal teams and external partners.
- Support with VIP and influencer activity, both directly through the brand network and via external agencies.
- Oversee the coordination of VIP planning, seasonal gifting outreach, communications and stock management.
- Support with the ideation and coordination of retail marketing activity during key commercial periods to drive footfall to, and sales in, stores.
- Provide hands‑on support for brand events, from booking and coordinating suppliers to preparing gifting packs and refreshments.
- Ensure the smooth execution of all industry and customer facing activity.
- Assist in tracking ‘project’ budgets for the likes of events and key activities, ensuring they are executed within budget and supporting the Head of PR and Marketing to ensure invoicing is managed efficiently.
- Collate monthly/regular marketing reports for the senior leadership team and the wider business.
- Be engaged in industry trends and activity.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the development of the brand’s marketing strategies, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices across marketing and communications.
- This role may be required to, on occasion, work out of hours for brand events or activations.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Previous experience in or exposure to the luxury or fashion industry is essential.
- Excellent organisational, efficiency and time management skills.
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced and agile environment with tight deadlines.
- A confident communicator with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
