Senior Marketing Manager

Aspinal of London are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team in London.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of PR and Marketing to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of key marketing and communications activity across the business.

This role will play a key role in shaping and delivering the annual marketing calendar, supporting the planning and execution of major collection launches and driving the coordination of strategic marketing initiatives across both internal teams and external brand partners.

This role will report directly to the Head of PR and Marketing and work with several internal departments including but not limited to Marketing & Communications, Brand & Creative, Graphics, Merchandising, Retail, Warehouse and Head Office Finance as well as with external media partners and agencies.

This role will offer Hybrid working opportunities but you must be able to attend the office at least 3 days per week in Royal Exchange.

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading and managing the annual marketing calendar, ensuring regular upkeep with upcoming launches, key dates and marketing activity across the business.

Proactively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

  • Work closely with the Head of PR and Marketing to develop campaign strategies with media partners and agencies, including briefing, coordinating campaign activity and analysing campaign performance through detailed post-campaign reporting.

Ensure professional and seamless communication with all partners and stakeholders.

  • Own the coordination and development of seasonal and campaign marketing toolkits and presentations, creating bespoke versions for internal teams and external partners where required.
  • Support with the execution of VIP and influencer activity, both directly through the brand network and via external agencies.
  • Drive the ideation and delivery of retail marketing initiatives during key commercial periods, working closely with Retail and Merchandising teams to maximise footfall and in-store sales performance.
  • Take a leading role in the planning and delivery of brand events, from booking and managing suppliers to preparing gifting packs and coordinating guest experience.

Ensure seamless execution of all industry and customer-facing activations.

  • Support the management and tracking of project budgets, including events and key campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered within budget and supporting efficient invoice processing and financial tracking.
  • Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports for the senior leadership team and wider business, providing insights and recommendations where appropriate.
  • Actively monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, conducting research to support the development and evolution of the brand’s marketing strategy.

This role may be required to, on occasion, work out of hours for brand events or activations.

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Proven experience within a marketing role, ideally at Executive level or above, within the luxury or fashion industry
  • Excellent organisational, efficiency and time management skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment with tight deadlines
  • A confident communicator with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A team player with experience working in dynamic work environments
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • The ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners both internally and externally
  • A self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects independently
  • Eagerness to learn and ambition to grow within the role and business
  • The ability to create impactful and professional presentations
  • Proficient across Microsoft and Adobe software, including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Knowledge of the global luxury market (particularly UK & US) and an understanding of consumer behaviour
  • An interest in and awareness of macro and micro industry trends
  • A strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to generate new ideas
