The Returns Supervisor is responsible for managing the full customer, store and wholesale returns process in the warehouse. The role ensures each return is processed accurately, stock issues are reported, and Customer Service has the correct information to update customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and report on all returns from customer, store, wholesale and partner returns
- Process sale returns from stores and third party partners
- Ensure all returns are processed within agreed SLAs
- Ensure the team is fully trained and provide support to the team in returns
- Record and report all stock issues identified through returns
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure return information is shared clearly and accurately
- Work with Goods In to identify and flag recurring product issues on future deliveries
- Book all returned stock back into the system accurately for resale or further action
- Support the Warehouse Manager with day to day tasks
- Assist other warehouse departments when required
- Follow all Health and Safety and Security guidelines
