Aspinal of London are looking for a Business Analyst in the early stages of their career who’s keen to learn and develop across business analysis, project coordination, and systems support to join our team at our Head Office in West Sussex. This role will report into our Head of Technical Operations. This role is hands‑on and varied—you’ll be involved in shaping project requirements, supporting delivery, testing solutions, and helping end users get the most out of our systems. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, a problem‑solving approach, and willingness to learn, whether that comes from work, education, or other experience. This is a hybrid role which will involve attendance at the office in Fernhurst at least 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Scoping
- Work with stakeholders across all levels to understand business needs and challenges
- Help define and document project scope and requirements
- Assist in mapping business processes and identifying improvements
- Project Support
- Support the planning and coordination of projects
- Track progress, actions, and key milestones
- Help ensure projects stay on scope and aligned with business needs
- Testing & Delivery
- Assist with system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Document test cases and support issue tracking and resolution
- Work with users to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Systems & User Support
- Provide day‑to‑day support to end users across business systems
- Help troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed
- Support system improvements and small change requests
- Communication
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- Communicate updates, issues, and progress clearly and in line with deadlines
- Build strong working relationships across departments
