Aspinal of London are looking for a Front of House Store Host. In this role you will be the first impression at our Flagship Store in Regent Street St James' creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every customer and guest entering the store. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional luxury service, supporting client experiences, and ensuring the store environment reflects the elegance and hospitality of the Aspinal brand. This role is ideal for someone with natural confidence, strong people skills, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Create a personalised and luxury-led in-store experience for every visitor
  • Support VIP appointments, private shopping experiences, afternoon teas, and in-store events
  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent Aspinal of London to the highest standard
  • Assist with customer flow and queue management during busy trading periods
  • Provide refreshments and maintain high presentation standards within hosting and client areas
  • Support the wider store team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with bookings, appointments, and guest coordination
  • Build positive relationships with returning and VIP customers
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation and hospitality standards at all times
  • Support in-store activations, launches, and special events
  • Handle customer queries professionally and confidently
  • Ensure hospitality, kitchen, and event supplies are consistently maintained to a premium standard
