They are a vital part of the store management team, leading on and off the shop floor to create a fun, friendly shopping experience with a touch of theatre. They have a passion for selling and are the face of Aspinal of London, responsible for delivering an unrivalled shopping experience.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in executing retail, client, and employee engagement strategies to meet business goals and represents the Aspinal of London brand.

We seek an inspirational, commercial, and analytical leader with relevant store management experience who can deputise for the Concession Manager when needed.

You will assist in the effective operation of the store, focusing on enhancing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring daily duties are performed in a positive atmosphere.
