We partner with artisans and suppliers in Kenya and India to create contemporary clothing collections for women and men using natural, organic and sustainable materials. Aspiga operates multiple sales channels including an online store, wholesale, marketplaces and retail shops in the UK and Barbados, all focused on ethically sourced and sustainable products.
Responsibilities
- Video editing for Product Detail Pages (PDP).
- Creating high‑quality print assets: shop POS, lookbooks, product images, swing tags and promotional assets.
- Designing and producing the Aspiga Loves bi‑monthly lifestyle magazine.
- Retouching, resizing and colour matching product images for use across brand channels.
- Shooting still‑life photography of seasonal products as required.
- Coordinating with printers to ensure assets are delivered on time and on budget.
- Supporting model casting photography.
- Co‑ordinating with retail teams to deliver seasonal store assets on time and on budget.
- Managing daily workload with the Graphics Manager.
All candidates must have a keen eye for AI and be confident trialing new programs to speed up workflow where possible.
Key Attributes
- At least 1 full year’s work experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Demonstrable experience of graphic design with a proven portfolio across print and digital media.
- Experience working at a fast‑paced start‑up or small brand, ideally in fashion, interiors, or lifestyle.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of photography; capable of handling a camera and retouching images.
- Comfortable with workload management tools such as Monday and Slack.
- Excellent communication skills – able to ask questions and use initiative.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Prior experience working with Shopify is desirable.
