  • Strategic Direction: Shape program direction in line with evolving business objectives, responding to change without compromising delivery outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support Project Managers and Producers across multiple workstreams.
  • Reporting: Ensure accurate and proactive reporting to the Production Director and Journey leadership.
  • Operational Management Resource & Financial Oversight: Own program resource planning, financial oversight, and budget tracking across internal teams and external vendors. Support the Production Director in creating an accurate view of the entire program.
  • Scalable Workflows: Ensure delivery teams are operating within robust and scalable workflows, adapting as the program evolves.
  • Process Improvement: Champion structured project governance and work with Project Leadership to identify, implement, and improve the tools and processes used to manage work and assets.
  • Stakeholder Leadership Central Contact Point: Act as the primary contact for client leadership, internal stakeholders, and external delivery partners on program streams.
  • Visibility & Risk Management: Provide visibility and clarity around risk, progress, scope, and dependencies across key program streams.
  • Value Focus: Ensure expectations are well managed and delivery remains focused on long-term value and user impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Program Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-project programs within the 3D visualization, gaming, VFX, or related technology sectors.
  • 3D Production Knowledge: Familiarity with 3D production pipelines, real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine), data asset management, and content creation workflows.
  • Media & Marketing Background: Understanding of marketing and media production processes (film, CGI, interactive content), ideally within an urban development or architectural context.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to oversee technical teams and ensure alignment between design, technology, and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams (designers, technical developers, producers, project managers) and partner with multiple stakeholders.
  • Financial & Contract Management: Experience in handling large budgets and complex vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and third-party management.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills to convey strategic plans, requirements, and technical concepts across varying levels of the organization.

Why This Role?

  • Shape the Programme: Work with the Production Director and Delivery leads to shape and manage the overall Programme of an innovative project.
  • Digital meets Delivery: Work at the Crossroads of Digital and Delivery – combining product thinking, operational rigor, and stakeholder leadership.
