We work on projects nationwide supplying UK’s top hotels, high-rise build-to-rent apartments, student accommodations to universities, and hospitals.

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team based at our Leicester HQ and work across a varied portfolio of building projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience to take greater ownership of projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use development.

The role will provide exposure to a broad range of building projects, offering the Project Manager the opportunity to strengthen both technical and client-facing skills.

The successful Project Manager will have

  • Previous experience working in the construction supply industry
  • Knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract project management.
  • Experience coordinating with architects, main contractors, joinery contractors etc.
  • An understanding of construction contracts, procurement and risk management.
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills
