Compliance Operations Analyst

We are looking to recruit an experienced compliance professional to join our team based at Aspers Stratford.

Our Compliance Operations Analysts are responsible for ensuring Aspers’ adherence to regulatory and compliance standards across areas such as Safer Gambling, Anti-Money Laundering and Enhanced Due Diligence.

This dynamic role combines complex analytical work, direct interaction with customers through email and phone, and collaboration with internal teams to mitigate risks while delivering exceptional service.

The role involves shift-based work, reflecting the 24/7 operational nature of the business, opportunity for 2 days a week working remotely and operates within a team that fosters an open, trusted and respected culture of compliance support.

• Minimum 2-3 years, experience working in a compliance, risk analysis role preferably within UK Gambling or the UK Financial Services industries.

• Safer Gambling and/or AML certifications would be advantageous.

• Ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion, fact and professionalism.

• Proven ability to use data and reporting tools to produce actionable insights.

• In-depth understanding of compliance frameworks, including AML, KYC, GDPR and Safer Gambling regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and risk monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of gambling industry specific regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.

• Salary banding £35,000 – £40,000pa.
