OVERVIEW
To work within Aspers Stratford to provide a technical support service with regard to machine faults, diagnosis, installations and pre preventative maintenance.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsibility for organising the technicians within the casino so they can effectively manage the day-to-day service calls logged by casinos relating to gaming equipment faults.
  • Provide regular updates with respect to regional issues to gaming product support manager and Club management.
  • To be the first point of contact for the other technicians when it comes to advice on solving issues.
  • Ensure internal customers are kept informed at all stages of progress with regard to machine faults.
  • Observe all machine accounting systems and maintain security procedures relating to this and provide support to the casino where necessary.
  • Anticipate machine faults and be proactive in dealing with these and reporting these back to the gaming product support manager
  • To adhere to company SLA targets in relationship to gaming equipment repairs.
  • Hold responsibility for making sure Pre Preventative Maintenance for the equipment is carried out within the club and ensuring appropriate records are kept. Responsibility within the club to ensure the technicians are compliant with legislation and company procedures in respect of Health and Safety in the workplace and public areas, at all times.
  • Be the first point of contact in the club and assist the project team when required with equipment installs and gaming floor moves.
  • Assist the gaming product support manager with project work of which will be beneficial to all technicians.
PERSONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • A self-starter able to work autonomously yet also be a great team leader.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Have extensive knowledge of all gaming equipment.
  • Have good planning skills.
  • An ability to solve problems.
  • Be responsible for driving machine standards.
  • Ability to form strong working relationships across the business with both internal and external customers.
  • An understanding of all relevant gaming legislation, regulations and guidelines.
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office products.
Please note that this role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required. The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Company &this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of normal working hours.
40 hours minimum per week as necessary to meet business demands. Some UK travel with overnight stays should be expected.
