Hospitality Team Member

Were looking for a talented Hospitality Team Member (waiter/waitress/bartender) to work in East Londons most exciting night time venue, We seek someone who will be hands-on, service-focused, and has a desire to progress within the company.

Youll be responsible for exceeding our guests expectations whilst ensuring the highest standards of best practice and service are maintained.

It is essential that you have at least one years experience as a Bartender in a London Bar, restaurant, or pub, with proven customer service standards and excellent reviews.

You need to have fluent English languageand great Tech/IT skills andbe:

Professional, positive, andresult driven.

Self-Managing, organized, and able to work in busy environments and under pressure.

Forward thinking and always looking to develop ways toimprove and be the best.

Able to use Card machines and Till Systems

Eighteen years or over

Eligible to work in the UK.

This role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility isrequired.

The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & and weekend obligations outside of normal working hours.
