Aspermont is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. The role supports a globally distributed client base and reports to the Global Customer Success Manager, with responsibilities across events, media services, and data solutions.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive onboarding and ongoing customer success strategies, and coordinate with sales, marketing, subscriptions, and external partners to maximize client value.
