Joiner/Bench Joiner required to work on high end joinery projects.

  • To work within the shopfloor supervisory and management framework and participate in the manufacture and assembly of bespoke joinery items.
  • To adhere to existing working practices, methods and procedures.
  • To understand and follow the COSHH and PPE requirements of working within the manufacturing facility.
  • To work within your capabilities at all times - do not perform tasks or operate machinery for which you are not trained and deemed competent.
  • To work unsupervised or under instruction from supervision.
  • To be actively involved in the development of this role to encompass further responsibilities in the future, through personal development and further training as and when required.
  • To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines where appropriate.
  • To understand and comply with the Company Policies covering Sustainability, Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and the Environment.
  • To understand and comply with the Employees Handbook.
  • To carry out any other such duties or responsibilities that may be reasonably required and that are commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this position.
