- To work within the shopfloor supervisory and management framework and participate in the manufacture and assembly of bespoke joinery items.
- To adhere to existing working practices, methods and procedures.
- To understand and follow the COSHH and PPE requirements of working within the manufacturing facility.
- To work within your capabilities at all times - do not perform tasks or operate machinery for which you are not trained and deemed competent.
- To work unsupervised or under instruction from supervision.
