Joiner/Bench Joiner required to work on high end joinery projects. To work within the shopfloor supervisory and management framework and participate in the manufacture and assembly of bespoke joinery items.

Responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to existing working practices, methods and procedures.
  • Understanding and following the COSHH and PPE requirements of working within the manufacturing facility.
  • Working within your capabilities at all times - do not perform tasks or operate machinery for which you are not trained and deemed competent.
  • Working unsupervised or under instruction from supervision.
  • Being actively involved in the development of this role to encompass further responsibilities in the future, through personal development and further training as and when required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and observing data protection guidelines where appropriate.
  • Understanding and complying with the Company Policies covering Sustainability, Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and the Environment.
  • Understanding and complying with the Employees Handbook.
  • Carrying out any other such duties or responsibilities that may be reasonably required and that are commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this position.

The position requires someone who has strong Joinery skills and can consistently demonstrate high quality of workmanship. The position requires physical fitness and commitment.
