• Experience as in a joinery/woodworking environment
• Knowledge and experience of manufacturing high quality joinery.
• Knowledge and understanding of health and safety
• Knowledge of different woodworking tools and machinery as well as hand and power tools
• A meticulous and organised nature
• Must be confident consulting with suppliers and co-workers
