Quantity Surveyor required to join an Interior fit-out company Attending initial site surveys/scope of works meetings at tender stage Advising on procurement strategy Preparing and analysing costing for tenders Tender adjudication and procurement of subcontractors Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risks Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use Commercial management of subcontractors Prepare and present project cost reports Valuing completed work as terms agreed and arranging invoicing with the accounts dept Identify and track additional costs and variations not included in the original estimate for onward approval and charge to the customer’ Preparing detailed cost progress reports Negotiation of final accounts Requirements: Quantity Surveying Or Estimator or Commercial management Degree Working in a similar role as a Quantity Surveyor OR Estimator Experience working on Interior fit-out projects Minimum of 3 years' experience within Quantity Surveying. Works well in a fast-paced environment Motivated and Ambitious Professional manner, experience being client facing
