The Regional Revenue Operations Manager aligns sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive predictable revenue growth. They optimize GTM processes and tools, analyze data for insights, and ensure data integrity to maximize customer lifecycle value and efficiency. They drive operational execution for the Sales Team to manage and achieve the goals of maximizing the growth and quality of AspenTech’s business in the region. The position will work with regional sales leadership to help drive strategic business planning and initiatives, adopt best practices in driving growth in a consistent manner while executing on the Company’s sales methodology, processes, and productivity tools.

Your Impact

  • Forecasting & Strategic Planning: Leading and executing sales forecasting processes to drive forecast accuracy, supporting sales leadership with pipeline management, growth strategies, account plan reviews, quota setting and defining sales territories.
  • Sales Discipline: Drive sales adoption and enforcement of the sales methodology, processes, and tools that support the selling process and improvement of customer experience. Ensuring compliance and enforcement of core financial controls and governance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing and providing proactive insight in key areas such as sales pipeline, funnel velocity, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for revenue growth. Analyze dashboards to track key performance metrics such as ARR, growth rates, churn, productivity and forecasting revenue trends.
  • Process Optimization: Streamlining sales workflows, defining best practices in lead to cash areas, and refining the sales cycle to maximize productivity.
  • Data Integrity: Maintaining clean, accurate, and consistent data across all systems.
  • Sales Enablement & Support: Strategic partnership with sales leaders to onboard and enable a high-performing sales team. Training sales reps on new tools and processes, managing sales compensation structures, and driving tool adoption.
  • Commercial Best Practices Execution: Provide commercial strategy guidance and support pricing and contract structure and approvals, including the early identification and escalation of potential issues, direct understanding of all deals in the pipeline including compelling reasons to close.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Ensuring marketing, sales, solution consulting and customer success teams work toward unified strategy and goals.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: 5-10 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or analytical roles within a SaaS or software company.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL). Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Skills: Analytical and data-driven mindset, attention to detail, effective communication, project management, manage priorities and cross-functional collaboration. Solid skills in conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
  • Business Acumen and Results Focus: Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements; ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities. Strong business acumen, prior sales experience and or pricing experience a plus. Experience in leveraging AI in operations is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in and ability to analyze and provide insights on market trends and operational data to drive strategic decisions as well as to support executing the business plan.
  • Commercial Experience: Strong understanding of contract and commercial structures and content.
  • Communication: Strong capability to build consensus across different departments. Proficient in conversational and written English.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required – Business preferred. Advance degree in related field highly desirable.
  • Other: Software and Technology Industry/domain experience required.
